Smell:: Mediumly intense, fruity and floral.
Flavour: Fairly warm, fresh, sapid, balanced, with medium structure and fairly good smell-taste persistency.
Food matching: different appetizers, fish broth, different fish meals and lightly aged cheeses.
Alcohol volume: 13,50%.
