Vine variety: Trebbiano D’Abruzzo.

Sun exposure: South, south-west.

Soil position: Hills of 100 metres a.s.l.

Vine growing system: Spurred cordon.

Soil type: Clayey of medium texture (red clay), well exposed.

Period of harvest: first week of October.

Bottling: March of the year following the harvest, fining in bottle for two months.

Color: Pale yellow, straw colored.

Smell:: Mediumly intense, fruity and floral.

Flavour: Fairly warm, fresh, sapid, balanced, with medium structure and fairly good smell-taste persistency.

Food matching: different appetizers, fish broth, different fish meals and lightly aged cheeses.

Alcohol volume: 13,50%.
