Bottling: March of the year following the harvest, fining in bottle for two months.
Color: roseé “cerasa” (cherry like pink).
Smell: Intense, fruity, floral, and lightly herbaceous.
Flavour: warm, soft, fresh, sapid, with a great structure and balanced.
Food matching: : Vegetable soup, abruzzese style fettuccine, white meat (chicken, turkey, pork), fish soup and baked fish.
Alcohol volume: 14,00%.
