Aging: Manual harvest in crates; natural winemaking, direct pressing of whole clusters with 100% stems, spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and unfined. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel

Aroma: Red fruit and hints of violet from the semi-carbonic maceration of whole clusters

Taste: Fresh and straightforward, easy to drink yet far from simple, with a slight tannic note on the finish
